Hotel Controller – Alexander The Great Hotel

If you have the experience and character needed for this key role, the position of Hotel Controller could be a great fit for you. While cooperating with the various other departments within the hotel, you will be sharing the vision of Kanika Hotels & Resorts, to offer guests an amazing holiday experience in Cyprus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the on boarding and off-boarding of all employees by following the company’s policies and procedures
  • Ensure that all the necessary information is obtained from the new employees and all policies and laws are followed at all times
  • Update the payroll system with the employees’ data and do any necessary modifications
  • Work closely with the company’s Central Accounts Department
  • Ensure that the company’s financial policies relating to employees are being followed at all times

Qualifications and Experience:

  • High School Leaving Certificate. A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Quality or Financial field will be considered as an advantage
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5-star hotel
  • Proficiency in Greek and English
  • Very good computing skills
  • Excellent organizational and reporting abilities
  • EU citizen
