Kids Club Supervisor – Olympic Lagoon Resort Paphos

We are hiring an experienced Kids Club Supervisor to join our international team. You will create a safe, fun program of indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring children and their families have a memorable holiday.

We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and outgoing individual to work in a luxury resort, delivering high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively promote the kids club to attract families and encourage use of its facilities
• Handle all childcare inquiries related to the hotel’s kids club via phone, email, or in person
• Plan and deliver an exciting weekly entertainment and activity program, incorporating creative ideas for special promotions
• Ensure health and safety policies and procedures are in place and updated as needed
• Work with large groups of children aged 4 to 12, maintaining a proactive, positive, and approachable attitude

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role at a 4 or 5-star hotel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong managerial and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Greek and English; knowledge of Russian and German is a plus
• Must be an EU citizen or hold an EU work permit
