Restaurant Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities: 

Organization and management of a main restaurant
Supervise, motivate and develop team members to achieve excellent customer service and professionalism
Welcome and manage customers and complaints, receive orders, supervise timely and accurate execution of customer orders
General management and restaurant supervision, control of quantities, general control and continuous reporting of food quality, continuously supplementing buffets and food in the restaurant, coordination with the kitchen, orders from the central warehouse and stock-control
Enforcement and surveillance of food safety and health standards (ISO, HACCP, etc.) with records and daily controls
Proactive approach with exceptional initiative and problem solving skills
Continuous communication and coordination with Senior Management


Minimum 2-year experience in this role or similar, in Hotel industry
Excellent knowledge of the English language
Excellent and complete knowledge of restaurant functions and experience with those, from kitchen activities to excellent customer service
Good knowledge of ISO, HACCP, health and safety and food hygiene regulations
Positive personality and attitude, ability to quickly perceive situations, methodical, team-worker and hard-working individual
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
