Your Role

As a Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for the smooth daily operation of the hotel boutique, delivering excellent customer service and contributing to a high-quality shopping experience for our guests.

What You’ll Do

Provide friendly and professional customer service to hotel guests
Present and promote the hotel’s branded products and boutique items
Handle cash register operations and daily transactions
Ensure the shop is always well-presented (cleanliness, merchandising, displays)
Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs
Collaborate with Front Office and hotel management when required
Follow hotel procedures, standards, and service philosophy

What We Value

Previous experience in retail sales or hospitality will be considered an advantage
Excellent communication skills and customer-focused attitude
Good knowledge of English (Hebrew language will be considered a plus)
Reliability, responsibility, and attention to detail
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
