HR Executive

Key responsibilities

  • This is a full-time role based in Porto Heli
  • The role involves overseeing HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, policy implementation, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws
  • Partner with General Manager and Department Heads to identify workforce needs and implement effective staffing solutions
  • Lead initiatives to foster a positive work environment, employee engagement, and strong corporate culture
  • Design and oversee performance management systems to ensure continuous employee development and alignment with organizational objectives
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and corporate policies
  • Develop and monitor HR metrics and analytics to support decision-making
  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company’s objectives, fostering a positive work culture, and managing training and development initiatives.

Requirments

  • Expertise in Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Talent Development
  • Strong knowledge of HR Policies, Labor Laws, and Compliance
  • Proven skills in HR Strategy Development, Workforce Planning, and Organizational Development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage HR processes in a dynamic and multicultural environment
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar position would be much appreciated
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Tourism or Business Administration would be an advantage
  • Fluency in Greek and English is essential
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office – excellent knowledge of MS Excel is essential
