Assistant Food and Beverage Manager

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure that all food and beverage operations provide exceptional levels of service consistent with the brand
• Develop and implement F&B strategies in line with overall resort objectives and guest satisfaction
• Manage the F&B budget and financial performance, focusing on cost control and revenue generation
• Recruit, train, and mentor the F&B team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations while upholding high standards of quality
• Collaborate with culinary teams to develop menus that reflect local culture and trends

Requirments

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel
• Extensive experience in F&B management, preferably within resort environments
• Strong leadership and managerial skills with a focus on training and development
• Proven track record of achieving financial targets and improving operational processes
• Experience on POS.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
