They could be current or past managers, colleagues, direct reports, mentors or mentees. Anyone you have worked with who has been a champion for your success.

Connect with them for a virtual coffee and nurture these relationships.

People love talking about themselves! To leverage this, you can ask:

• How long have you worked at company [x]?

• What made you decide to join company [x]?

• What has made you stay with company [x]?

• What do you love about working for company [x]?

• What is the best career advice you’ve been given?
