Key Responsibilities
- Welcomes and acknowledges all guests according to company standards.
- Guides guests through the dining rooms and provides any needed assistance.
- Moves and arranges tables, chairs, and settings and organizes seating for groups with special needs.
- Monitors dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests.
- Assists in closing duties, including cleaning host station, turning off lights, etc.
- Performs other reasonable job duties as requested by the F&B executive team.
- Develops and maintains positive working relationships with team members, supports the team in achieving common goals.
Qualifications & Experience
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma will be considered an advantage
- Minimum of 1 year experience of customer service, preferably in the Hospitality Industry
- Familiarity with reservation software will be considered an advantage
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification
- High customer service orientation with a commitment to guest satisfaction
- Pleasant personality
