As a key member of the Food & Beverage Department, the Restaurant Manager plays a vital role in enhancing our renowned culinary experience. Our restaurants serve hundreds of guests daily, providing efficient service and a diverse menu across multiple outlets. By delivering genuine hospitality and professional service, you will become a valued ambassador of Kanika Hotels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead an efficient staff team, focusing on their welfare, safety, and development
  • Ensure all staff receive training to perform their duties effectively
  • Supervise departmental operations to meet performance standards
  • Optimize bar layout for space efficiency and customer comfort
  • Provide excellent service to each guest and address any complaints

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Graduate of a Hotel Management School with at least 4 years of experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel
  • Strong communication and people management skills, fluent in Greek and English
  • Excellent computer literacy
  • EU citizen or holder of an EU work permit
