St Raphael Resort & Marina is looking for new associates for the position of Cook A to grow with us.

Job Overview

As a Cook A, you will be responsible for the preparation and execution of sophisticated dishes in line with the hotel’s standards and the Executive Chef’s guidance. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of your assigned station, leading junior team members, and maintaining impeccable hygiene and safety practices.

Main Responsibilities & Duties

·Prepare and present high-quality hot and cold dishes as per recipes and plating guidelines.

· Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff, ensuring training and compliance with kitchen standards.

· Maintain excellent mise-en-place, ensuring readiness and efficiency during service.

· Uphold the highest food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with HACCP principles.

· Collaborate closely with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to develop and refine menus.

· Monitor stock levels, control wastage, and ensure all kitchen items are stored correctly.

· Ensure your section is always clean, well-organized, and properly equipped.

· Take initiative in improving kitchen operations, workflow, and culinary techniques.

· Maintain a positive and professional attitude, promoting teamwork and cooperation.

· Be flexible and willing to support other kitchen areas or special functions as required.

Qualifications & Experience

·       Must speak and write Greek and English very well.

·       Culinary school diploma will be considered as an advantage.

·       Holder of an EU passport is essential.
