Duties and Responsibilities: 

Prepare with the Chef foods for the 3 meals of the restaurant to the required standard, in accordance with the daily requirements of the Hotel.
Ensure a strict control of wastage and portions.

Ensure that the section is always kept clean and tidy, strictly observing the hygiene regulations.


Work Experience: At least 1-2 years in a similar position is an advantage
Languages: English
