Stores Administrator
Maintaining accurate records of products and raw materials is crucial for the smooth operation of KANIKA Hotels & Resorts. If you have the right experience and qualities for this key role, the Stores Administrator position could be a great fit.
Collaborating with multiple departments, you will help uphold Kanika Hotels & Resorts commitment to delivering exceptional holiday experiences in Cyprus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor store par levels and collaborate with the Stores and Purchasing Officer
- Input invoices into the system and check prices against agreed terms
- Stay updated on market trends for products and materials
- Work with the Central Purchasing Department to ensure correct product purchases at agreed prices
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies for Purchasing and Storekeeping
Qualifications and Experience:
- High School Diploma; Bachelor’s in Hospitality, Quality, or Finance is a plus
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel
- Proficient in Greek and English
- Strong computer skills; experience with Fidelio Materials is an advantage
- Excellent organizational and reporting skills
- EU citizen or holder of an EU work permit
