We have an exciting opportunity for an Events Manager passionate about organization and ready to take on responsibilities from day one. In this role, you will manage and coordinate major events, ensuring they are impactful, successful, and cost-effective while adhering to budget and time constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all correspondence between the wedding couple and the hotel
Understand budgets, operating statements, and payroll to meet and exceed financial goals
Coordinate and host the wedding ceremony
Suggest ideas to enhance event success
Prepare and manage budgets
Oversee all event operations
Lead promotional activities for the event
Prepare appropriate music for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner as requested
Qualifications and Experience:
Hospitality School graduate preferred with 2 years of experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel
Excellent English skills and a courteous, positive attitude
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour
Proficient in MS Office and possess leadership abilities
EU citizen or holder of an EU work permit
