Carob Mill Restaurants Ltd is hiring for 2  Restaurant Managers: for Carob Mill Restaurant outlets and Trilogy sea-front project.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Limassol for a Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing daily operations, overseeing staff, handling hiring processes, and communicating effectively with customers and staff. Additional tasks include managing food and beverage inventory and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Hiring and managing staff
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage management
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
