Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Clean and set up tables.
  • Take orders from guests.
  • Prepare and execute drink orders.
  • Clean buffet and restaurant area.
  • Setting up breakfast, lunch and dinner.
  • Using POS.
  • Polishing cutleries, plates etc.
  • Provide an excellent service experience to customers.
  • Maintain close co-operation with the kitchen to be aware of the menu offered and provide information.
  • Serve guests and prepare tables for guests for breakfast, lunch and dinner, snack bar and pool side restaurant.
  • Stocking restaurant and bar from main stores.
  • Any other tasks may arise from time to time or as may be assigned from the supervisor.


  • Basic experience in a similar role will be considered advantageous
  • Excellent knowledge of English language
  • Thrive in fast-pace, high volume environments and passionate about customer service
