Duties and Responsibilities

  • To have detailed information about the menus and the restaurant.
  • To assist when needed with the preparation and shift operation of the restaurant
  • To handle all incoming telephone calls as per standards instructed and with courtesy.
  • To handle guest complaints as per the policy and to follow up with reception supervisor to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • To ensure that responding to guests whether in person or via phones is done according to the standards of Wok n Roll.
  • To ensure immediate and fast service to guests, phone calls and deliveries.
  • To maintain up-to date information on changes on menus, availability of items current promotions and offers.
  • To be able to monitor platforms ordering systems and to react when there are issues with them
