We are seeking an accomplished Group CFO to lead the financial strategy of a diverse group of companies spanning hospitality, real estate, retail, winemaking, and wellness.

This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to shape financial direction, drive sustainable growth, and safeguard the long-term financial health of the Group.

About the Role

The Group CFO will:

Oversee all aspects of accounting, compliance, and risk management
Lead and develop finance teams across the Group
Deliver timely management accounts and performance analysis
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
Provide strategic financial insights to the Senior Leadership Team and Board
Strengthen governance and ensure compliance with IFRS and industry best practices

What We’re Looking For

✔ Degree in Accounting, Chartered Accountancy, or equivalent
✔ 5+ years’ full-company accounting & financial management experience
✔ Proven leadership & team management skills
✔ Strong understanding of hospitality and retail finance
✔ Excellent English (Greek an advantage)
✔ Proficiency in accounting software & MS Office
✔ Valid driving licence
