The Anemi Hotel & Suites is currently looking for a Hotel General Manager to oversee the daily operations of the hotel. Focused on delivering high-quality service and exceptional guest experience, Anemi Hotel is searching for a highly motivated and dynamic individual.

Requirements and skills:

·        Academic background in Hotel Management or relevant field

·        At least 5 years experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel in a Management position within the hospitality Industry with Food and beverage background

·        A comprehensive operation hotel experience in all departments especially in Food and Beverage with exceptional service orientation

·        Outstanding leadership and communication skills

·        Understanding of all hotel management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines

·        Excellent customer service skills as well as a business mindset

·        Demonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving

·        Reliable with an ability to multi-task, motivate and work well under pressure

·        A strong understanding of budget and revenue management

·        Computer-literate with experience in hospitality systems and food and beverage systems

·        Greek mother tongue and fluency in English

·        Good knowledge of the local market
