Housekeeping Attendant

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of daily cleaning and maintenance work in all areas of the hotel.
  • Preparation of detailed work programs for the chambermaid team, taking into account the hotel’s needs and customer concerns.
  • Monitoring the execution of daily cleaning tasks, ensuring the quality and validity of the work.
  • Training and mentoring new members of the waiter team, ensuring they are aware of work procedures and standards.
  • Monitoring stock of cleaning materials and ensuring their availability for the team.
  • Solving problems and settling different situations that may arise during work.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments such as reception and technicians to resolve issues and improve processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in housekeeping or related environment.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage high pressure situations.
  • Ability to train and lead a team.
  • Excellent understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Familiarity with the use of cleaning equipment and materials.
  • Knowledge of English language
  • High school degree
