Responsibilities:
- Coordination of daily cleaning and maintenance work in all areas of the hotel.
- Preparation of detailed work programs for the chambermaid team, taking into account the hotel’s needs and customer concerns.
- Monitoring the execution of daily cleaning tasks, ensuring the quality and validity of the work.
- Training and mentoring new members of the waiter team, ensuring they are aware of work procedures and standards.
- Monitoring stock of cleaning materials and ensuring their availability for the team.
- Solving problems and settling different situations that may arise during work.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments such as reception and technicians to resolve issues and improve processes.
Requirements:
- Experience in housekeeping or related environment.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage high pressure situations.
- Ability to train and lead a team.
- Excellent understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Familiarity with the use of cleaning equipment and materials.
- Knowledge of English language
- High school degree
