We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team and take the lead in delivering outstanding food and beverage experiences to our guests.

Your Role
As our Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and successful operation of our restaurants, while creating a warm, professional and memorable experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring consistently high service standards.
Be a visible and welcoming host, engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met throughout their dining experience.
Handle guest feedback, requests and complaints with professionalism, empathy and a solution-oriented approach.
Prepare and manage staff schedules, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and efficient operations.
Coordinate private functions, special events and group bookings, ensuring every detail is carefully managed.
Monitor guest satisfaction and use feedback to continuously improve the dining experience.
Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, food safety and workplace safety standards.
Work closely with the Kitchen, Front Office, Events and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service across the property.
Monitor operational performance and contribute to achieving departmental goals and profitability.

What We’re Looking For
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in a Restaurant Manager, F&B Supervisor or similar leadership position, ideally within an upscale hotel, resort or boutique hospitality environment.
Strong knowledge of food & beverage service standards and restaurant operations.
Excellent leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.
Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
Guest-focused mindset with a genuine passion for hospitality.
Professional appearance, positive attitude and excellent attention to detail.
Ability to remain calm, organised and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays when required.
