Bartender – Prep, Stock & Events Support

On behalf of our clients, Alchemy Group which is expanding its operations in Limassol, we’re looking for a reliable, skilled bartender already living in Cyprus who wants stability, learning, and long-term growth, not just seasonal shifts.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bar preparation, organization, and being part of premium events, while also working in a professional training environment.

⚠️ Important:
Due to legal and operational requirements, this position is open only to EU citizens or candidates with full legal right to work in Cyprus, already based in Limassol.

Unfortunately, we cannot consider overseas or relocation applicants.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Daily Operations & Preparation
• Preparing syrups, garnishes, batches for classes & events
• Organising bar tools, glassware & equipment
• Managing stock of spirits, mixers & consumables
• Receiving and organising deliveries
• Keeping prep and storage areas clean and professional
• Events & Bar Support
• Preparing bar kits for outside events
• Working as bartender during weekend events (extra paid)
• Supporting setup and breakdown of event bars
• Working closely with trainers and event managers

General Duties

• Supporting trainers during classes when needed
• Maintaining hygiene & safety standards
• Ensuring all bar areas are always presentation-ready

Who We’re Looking For

• Previous bartending experience is essential
• Strong organisation and time management
• Comfortable with physical work and event logistics
• Team player with professional attitude
• Flexible for weekend event shifts (paid extra)
• English required (Greek & Russian are a plus)
• Experience in event bars or high-volume venues is a big advantage
