- Precisely follow recipes, ensuring consistent quality, portion sizes, and presentation across all events
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment adhering to the strictest food safety regulations
- Store and rotate food supplies effectively to minimize waste, especially when working on yachts with limited storage
- Assist with plating and packaging catered meals for transport, ensuring safe travel on land or at sea
- Serve prepared meals professionally and attentively to guests on board luxury yachts and at event venues
- Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude while working effectively as part of a team in dynamic environments
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
