Your Role:

As a valued member of our kitchen brigade, you will:

Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items under the guidance of senior chefs.. 👨
‍🍳 Ensure the quality, freshness, and presentation of all dishes meet our renowned standards.
🌟 Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
🧼 Collaborate with your team to streamline kitchen operations and optimize efficiency.
🤝 Strictly adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols at all times.
Contribute creative ideas to menu development and innovation.
🍽️ Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed.

What You’ll Need:

Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume kitchen environment.
A culinary degree or relevant certification (preferred).
🎓 A strong passion for food and a desire to learn and grow in the culinary field.
🌟 Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.
🧾  Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
