Host / Hostess

Parklane, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa is recruiting a Host/Hostess to join our Food and Beverage Team.

Responsibilities

– Welcome guests to the venue
– Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
– Escort guests to assigned dining area. Seat guests by finding a clean, available table
– Guide guests through the dining rooms and provide any needed assistance.
– Manage Reservations

Requirements

– High school graduate or equivalent / Hotel & Catering Diploma is a plus
– Previous experience in the same position or any similar serving experience in Hospitality Industry
– Excellent Knowledge of English Language
– Excellent Communication Skills
– Knowledge of Hotel software/PMS is a plus
– Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification
– Pleasant Personality
