Bartender

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepares and serves drink orders for guests in accordance with established recipes and precise measuring systems.
  • Prepares fresh garnishes to accompany beverages.
  • Opens, presents, and serves wine and champagne bottles with proper technique.
  • Replenishes liquor and bar supplies as needed to ensure continuous service.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, complies with hotel policies and safety standards, and supports teamwork across departments.
  • Monitors and manages inventory, resources, and supplies to ensure efficient, waste-free operations.
  • Supports training, teamwork, and cross-department collaboration.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Mixology or a related field will be considered an advantage
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same position or similar bartending experience in the Hospitality Industry
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of Hotel software / PMS
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification
  • Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to guest satisfaction
  • Pleasant personality
