Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and deliver exceptional dining experiences. Our hotel operates under a premium all-inclusive concept, offering guests a diverse dining experience across six restaurants, including four a la carte restaurants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for menu development, kitchen operations, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. Key Responsibilities
Culinary Leadership & Menu Development
· Design and develop innovative, seasonal menus that reflect guest preferences and culinary trends.
· Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation across all dining outlets.
· Oversee recipe development and portion control to maintain cost efficiency and high standards.
Kitchen Management & Operations
· Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities, ensuring smooth operations across multiple restaurants.
· Manage food inventory, ordering, and cost control to meet budget requirements.
· Maintain a well-organized and clean kitchen, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.
Team Leadership & Training
· Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
· Conduct performance reviews and provide continuous training to enhance skills.
· Ensure effective communication between kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Quality Control & Compliance
· Enforce strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in compliance with health regulations.
· Monitor food preparation, ensuring adherence to hotel policies and guest satisfaction.
· Address and resolve any kitchen-related issues promptly.
Requirements
· Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-end hotel.
· Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
· Creativity and passion for delivering exceptional cuisine.
· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and menu pricing.
· Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices.
