We are looking for a creative Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. You will connect our Group Executive Chef with themed restaurants and a main dining room, each offering a unique character and menu.

We will provide resources to inspire and motivate your department, promoting innovation. Your contributions will be recognized and rewarded as part of our success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Food Production and Stewarding operations to maximize profitability, food quality, and sanitation
  • Ensure compliance with standard recipes, food control policies, and HACCP guidelines for safety
  • Collaborate with suppliers to stay updated on market trends and availability
  • Delegate tasks to team members and maintain up-to-date operations manuals
  • Be proficient in operating essential kitchen equipment

 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Culinary School graduate with 5+ years as Executive Chef in a 4 or 5-star hotel
  • Proficient in English and Greek
  • Courteous, positive attitude toward guest service, and strong communication skills
  • Computer literate, skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent leadership skills to guide the kitchen team
  • EU citizen or holder of an EU work permit
