Kitchen Team Leader (Pastry) – Alexander the Great Beach Hotel Paphos

As a Team Leader – PASTRY, you will be responsible for ensuring your team upholds high standards in pastry preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be familiar with large-volume cooking equipment in a modern industrial kitchen
• Know all menu recipes and prepare them to professional standards
• Maintain high hygiene and health & safety standards in the workplace
• Coordinate and supervise the team while providing coverage as needed
• Collaborate with supervisory staff to plan appropriate menus and support the Executive Chef

Qualifications and Experience:

• Graduate of a Culinary School
• 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Very good knowledge of local & international cuisine
• Good command of the English language
• EU citizen or an EU work permit holder
