Food and Beverage Manager

On behalf of our clients, a reputable 4-star hotel in Paphos,  is currently seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of our F&B operations. We are looking for a professional with strong leadership qualities, a passion for service excellence, and the ability to enhance guest satisfaction while driving departmental success.

Role Overview – Food & Beverage Manager
• Manage and coordinate the daily functions of all hotel restaurants, bars, and beverage outlets.
• Uphold the highest standards of service, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience.
• Recruit, mentor, and motivate the F&B team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professionalism.
• Oversee purchasing, stock control, budgeting, and cost-management strategies.
• Collaborate with the culinary team and other departments to achieve seamless operational flow.
• Maintain compliance with all hygiene, safety, and quality regulations.
• Contribute to menu design, seasonal offerings, and promotional activities to maximise revenue.
• Address guest comments and feedback promptly, ensuring positive guest relations.
• Analyse financial reports and implement strategies for improved performance and profitability.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA in Hospitality or other related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Food and beverage Management
  • Fluent in English and preferably Greek
  • EU CitizenRemuneration Package
    • Competitive annual salary between €35,000 – €38,500, based on qualifications and experience
