Front Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced and a highly motivated Front Office Manager to lead our reception team and ensure the highest standards of guest service at the St. George Beach Hotel & Spa Resort. The successful candidate will oversee all Front Office operations, manage staff performance, and ensure that all procedures and service standards are consistently maintained.

Main Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage all Front Office operations (check-in, check-out, guest inquiries, complaints handling)
  • Manage and organize room allocation according to reservations, guest preferences, and room availability, in close cooperation with the Housekeeping and Reservations departments.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the reception team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Ensure all guests receive warm, efficient, and professional service at all times
  • Collaborate with other departments (Housekeeping, Reservations, Food & Beverage) to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor departmental performance and prepare relevant reports for management
  • Maintain quality, safety, and brand standards across all Front Office processes

 

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a similar position or within the Front Office department
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or other related field
  • Excellent command of English and Greek (both written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS) and MS Office applications
