HR Executive

Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the smooth functioning of our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, training coordination, and HR administration, ensuring a positive and professional work environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

·         Assist in the recruitment process, from job postings and screening candidates to organizing interviews.

·         Manage new employee onboarding, ensuring smooth integration into the company.

·         Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up to date.

Employee Relations & Welfare

·         Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, promoting a positive workplace culture.

·         Support conflict resolution and assist in disciplinary procedures when required.

·         Organize staff engagement activities and initiatives to boost morale.

Training & Development

·         Coordinate training sessions and development programs for employees.

·         Maintain training records and assist in identifying learning opportunities for staff.

·         Work closely with department heads to ensure training needs are met.

HR Administration & Compliance

·         Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are updated.

·         Assist in payroll preparation and ensure compliance with labor laws.

·         Prepare HR reports and support the implementation of HR policies.

Health & Safety

·         Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.

·         Support the implementation of policies and initiatives that promote a safe working environment.

·         Organise health and safety training for employees in collaboration with H&S Department.

·         Assist in workplace risk assessments and incident reporting procedures.

Requirements

·         Previous experience in an HR Executive or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry will be considered as an advantage.

·         Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.

·         Excellent organizational and communication skills.

·         Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

·         Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

·         Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
