Receptionist

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Deal with guest check in/out of guests and groups and deal with daily enquiries
  • Taking reservations by telephone or email
  • Execute their part as per the Organizational chart
  • High customer orientation and strong communication
  • Successfully deal with customer complaints
  • Address and troubleshoot problems arising in daily operation
  • Ensure the sale of additional hotel services beyond accommodation (upgrades etc.)
  • To undertake basic office duties including correspondence, emails, filing and to ensure the smooth running of the reception area

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent or diploma related to the hospitality sector
  • Computer Knowledge: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Theova PMS preferable or other PMS
  • Languages: Proficiency in English (oral and written)
