Receptionist
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deal with guest check in/out of guests and groups and deal with daily enquiries
- Taking reservations by telephone or email
- Execute their part as per the Organizational chart
- High customer orientation and strong communication
- Successfully deal with customer complaints
- Address and troubleshoot problems arising in daily operation
- Ensure the sale of additional hotel services beyond accommodation (upgrades etc.)
- To undertake basic office duties including correspondence, emails, filing and to ensure the smooth running of the reception area
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent or diploma related to the hospitality sector
- Computer Knowledge: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Theova PMS preferable or other PMS
- Languages: Proficiency in English (oral and written)
