Senior Human Resources Officer

Mayfair Hotel is seeking a dedicated and professional Senior Human Resources Officer to oversee and support the full employee lifecycle. This role plays a key part in ensuring that our staffing, development, welfare, and organisational needs are met in alignment with the hotel’s standards and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage staffing needs and the full recruitment and selection process.
  • Conduct onboarding programmes and ensure smooth integration of new employees.
  • Coordinate staff training and development plans and maintain training records.
  • Coordinate staff performance evaluation systems.
  • Promote employee welfare, engagement, and an outstanding work culture.
  • Develop and manage recognition and reward initiatives.
  • Prepare contracts, offer letters and HR documentation.
  • Handle employee concerns professionally and maintain confidentiality.
  • Manage termination and dismissal procedures in line with policies and labour regulations and exit interviews.
  • Coordinate the hotel’s social responsibility initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Human Resources department.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labour laws, and recruitment processes.
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a high level of professionalism.
