Senior Human Resources Officer
Mayfair Hotel is seeking a dedicated and professional Senior Human Resources Officer to oversee and support the full employee lifecycle. This role plays a key part in ensuring that our staffing, development, welfare, and organisational needs are met in alignment with the hotel’s standards and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage staffing needs and the full recruitment and selection process.
- Conduct onboarding programmes and ensure smooth integration of new employees.
- Coordinate staff training and development plans and maintain training records.
- Coordinate staff performance evaluation systems.
- Promote employee welfare, engagement, and an outstanding work culture.
- Develop and manage recognition and reward initiatives.
- Prepare contracts, offer letters and HR documentation.
- Handle employee concerns professionally and maintain confidentiality.
- Manage termination and dismissal procedures in line with policies and labour regulations and exit interviews.
- Coordinate the hotel’s social responsibility initiatives.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Human Resources department.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labour laws, and recruitment processes.
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a high level of professionalism.
