Reservations Manager

About the role:

Nikki Beach Resort Porto Heli  is seeking an experienced and organized Reservations Manager to lead the Reservations department and contribute to maximizing hotel occupancy and revenue.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all bookings – Tour Operators, OTAs (Booking.com, Expedia, ), Bed Banks ( Hotelbeds, Sunhotels ,etc), Individual and Group Reservations — while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strategic coordination with the Revenue Management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all reservations channels (Tour Operators, OTAs, Individual & Group bookings)
• Supervise and coordinate the reservations team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Load and update rates, availability, and offers across all distribution platforms
• Monitor and manage OTA extranets and Channel Manager systems
• Collaborate closely with the Revenue Manager to implement pricing and yield strategies
• Ensure data accuracy and reservation integrity in Protel PMS
• Analyze booking trends, demand patterns, and competitor activity
• Handle guest and group requests professionally and efficiently

Requirments

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel
• Excellent knowledge of Protel PMS
• Strong understanding of OTA management, Channel Managers, and Tour Operator systems
• Familiarity with Revenue Management principles and dynamic pricing
• Excellent command of English (additional languages will be considered an asset)
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• Professional communication skills and guest-oriented attitude
