You will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, and providing general administrative support, all while maintaining a positive and organized front desk environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
- Efficiently handle guest check-ins and check-outs, verifying identification and processing payments.
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly, offering helpful information and assistance.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns in a courteous manner, ensuring timely resolution.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area at all times.
- Assist guests with requests, including transportation bookings, directions, and arranging amenities.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in busy or high-pressure situations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
