Office Administrator/HACCP Coordinator

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, correspondence, filing systems, and record-keeping.
  • Handle scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain office supplies, vendor relationships, and service contracts.
  • Assist with HR functions including onboarding, staff records, and payroll support.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications.

HACCP Coordination duties:

  • Implement, monitor, and maintain HACCP and food safety management systems.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal audits, and inspections.
  • Train and guide staff on HACCP standards, food hygiene, and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, corrective actions, and compliance records.
  • Act as the main point of contact for external auditors and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Food Science, Food Safety, or related field.
  • HACCP certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in office administration and/or HACCP coordination.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
