Office Administrator/HACCP Coordinator
Administrative Duties:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, correspondence, filing systems, and record-keeping.
- Handle scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office supplies, vendor relationships, and service contracts.
- Assist with HR functions including onboarding, staff records, and payroll support.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications.
HACCP Coordination duties:
- Implement, monitor, and maintain HACCP and food safety management systems.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal audits, and inspections.
- Train and guide staff on HACCP standards, food hygiene, and best practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation, corrective actions, and compliance records.
- Act as the main point of contact for external auditors and regulatory authorities.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Food Science, Food Safety, or related field.
- HACCP certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in office administration and/or HACCP coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
