On behalf of our clients we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the team at our lifestyle restaurant and bar, located right on the beach in Limassol. Our venue offers a vibrant atmosphere, quality food, signature cocktails, and unforgettable experiences for locals and visitors alike.

About You:

• Previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles
• Passionate about hospitality, food, and creating memorable guest experiences
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication skills (English essential, Greek is a plus)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• EU candidates only

Your Role:

• Manage daily restaurant and bar operations
• Lead, train, and inspire a dynamic team
• Ensure exceptional guest service at every level
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless food and beverage experiences
• Drive sales and promote events, new menus, and promotions
