Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide attentive and personalized service to meet the needs to each guest.
Take accurate and detailed food and beverage orders from guests.
Communicate special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen staff.
Serve food and beverages promptly and according to establishment service standards.
Monitor and ensure guests satisfactions through the dining experience.
Have a comprehensive understanding of the menu, including daily specials and beverage offerings.
Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items.
Process guests’ payments accurately and efficiently.
Handle cash, credit cards, and electronic payments.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and server stations.
Assist in bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless communication and service.
Work as a team to provide efficient and effective service during peak hours.

Requirements

  • Work experience of min 1 year as a Waiter/Waitress.
  • High school diploma.
  • Fluency in Greek and English. (Knowledge of an additional foreign language will be considered an advantage).
  • A passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive dining experience.
  • Team player, self-motivated, hard-working, positive attitude.
