HEAD SOMMELIER

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Head Sommelier role . The Head  Sommelier is responsible for the  wine selection , supports wine-related sales, maintains the wine inventory, and contributes to the overall execution of the food and beverage program. In collaboration with the service  team to ensure high service standards and a memorable dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Wine Pairing and Sommelier skills for curating exceptional dining experiences
  • Experience in Wine Sales to promote and recommend wine offerings effectively
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage to integrate wine selection with diverse menus
  • Strong Communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively
  • Passion for the wine industry and a commitment to continuous learning
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Certification in wine education is a must.
  • 3+ years  experience in hospitality industry in a similar role  is a plus
