HR ADMINISTRATOR

Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean are seeking to recruit an HR Administrator for Pafos Head Offices.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
Very good knowledge of computer systems and MS Office
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
High level of honesty, discretion, and professionalism
Pleasant and friendly personality
Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail

Duties and Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the HR Department and Group HR Manager
Maintain and update employee records and HR systems accurately
Prepare and manage employee documentation, including contracts, letters, and forms
Ensure all new starter paperwork is completed prior to induction
Set up new employees on the HR system and support the onboarding process
Assist with the coordination and scheduling of interviews
Support recruitment activities, including posting job vacancies on internal and external platforms
Assist with employee training records and development documentation
Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly filed and kept up to date
Handle HR-related queries from employees in a timely and professional manner
Maintain confidentiality of all HR information at all times
