Kitchen Steward Supervisor

St. George Beach Hotel & Spa Resort, one of the most renowned hotels in Paphos, is seeking a Kitchen Steward Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the kitchen according to HACCP regulations.
• Supervise and coordinate the kitchen stewarding team.
• Organize and manage staff schedules and daily duties.
• Inspect and guide proper usage of cleaning equipment.
• Collaborate closely with the Culinary and Food Service teams to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Monitor cleaning supplies inventory and handle ordering when necessary.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or restaurant.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Good knowledge of cleaning procedures and food safety regulations.
• Ability to take initiative and make decisions.
• Basic knowledge of Greek and/or English.
