We are excited to announce an opening position for a Marketing Executive at the breathtaking Nikki Beach Porto Heli Resort & Spa! This luxurious resort is renowned for its exceptional service and elegant ambiance, and we are seeking a dynamic marketing leader to elevate our brand presence.

At the Nikki Beach Porto Heli Resort & Spa, we provide an unmatched luxury experience, set against a stunning seaside backdrop.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual marketing plan with clear targets and timelines.
• Manage marketing budget and allocate resources based on property needs and brand priorities.
• Ensure all local initiatives reflect Nikki Beach’s global brand guidelines.

• Manage website, social media platforms, newsletters, and online campaigns

• Maintain strong online presence through content updates, brand aligned messaging, and continuous optimization.
• Oversee SEO efforts to enhance search visibility and organic traffic.
• Create structured content calendars aligned with Nikki Beach’s global communications rhythm.
• Monitor digital performance and refine strategies based on analytics.

• Prepare press releases, media kits, and brand aligned communication materials.
• Maintain relationships with local and international media, influencers, and lifestyle partners.
• Organize media visits, influencer stays, and content driven collaborations that reflect the Nikki Beach experience.
• Track press exposure and maintain updated PR reporting across properties.

• Oversee the development of visual and written content for digital and print use, ensuring it reflects Nikki Beach’s signature style.
• Coordinate photo and video shoots featuring property experiences, culinary highlights, entertainment programming, and guest moments.
• Maintain an organized digital asset library with approved visuals, templates, and brand materials.
• Ensure all materials meet the Nikki Beach creative and aesthetic standards.

• Support property teams with promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and guest communication materials.
• Ensure all on property marketing touchpoints are updated, visually aligned, and accurate.
• Provide marketing support for events, activations, and curated experiences.

• Work closely with Sales, Revenue, F & B, and Operations teams to support business targets.
• Liaise with external agencies for digital, creative, or PR requirements.

• Review digital analytics, PR activity, and campaign results across properties.
• Prepare regular insights and recommendations to enhance brand impact.
• Track KPIs related to engagement, visibility, website performance, and campaign outcomes.
• Use data to guide improvements in marketing strategy.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality or lifestyle marketing.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, SEO, and analytics.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to write and present clearly in Greek & English.
• Creative and detail oriented with strong project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Ability to work across multiple locations and travel when needed.
