Office & Marketing Coordinator

On behalf of our clients, Alchemy Group which is expanding its operations in Limassol, we’re looking for a reliable, skilled Office & Marketing Coordinator already living in Cyprus to support daily business operations, client communication, and marketing execution.

Alchemy is a fast-growing hospitality & events group, active in bar catering, food concepts, large-scale events, education, and consultancy.This is a full-time, office-based role working closely with management, sales, and operations teams.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Office & Administration:

•⁠ ⁠Communication with clients and partners (including Russian-speaking clients)

•⁠ ⁠Scheduling meetings, trainings, and events

•⁠ ⁠Preparing proposals, documents, and reports

•⁠ ⁠Invoice and paperwork follow-ups

•⁠ ⁠Supporting sales and management with coordination

Marketing Support:

•⁠ ⁠Managing social media posting and content scheduling

•⁠ ⁠Assisting with marketing campaigns and promotions

•⁠ ⁠Updating brochures, offers, and announcements

•⁠ ⁠Coordinating with designers and videographers

•⁠ ⁠Supporting marketing for courses, hotels, consulting & events

✅ Requirements

•⁠ ⁠EU citizen or legal right to work in Cyprus

•⁠ ⁠Based in Limassol and available full-time

•⁠ ⁠Fluent Russian and good English (spoken & written)

•⁠ ⁠Strong organizational and communication skills

•⁠ ⁠Comfortable with email, documents, and social media platforms

•⁠ ⁠Previous office, admin, or marketing experience is an advantage

•⁠ ⁠Responsible, reliable, and able to multitask
