Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean are seeking to recruit a Marketing Administrator for Pafos Head Offices
Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Administrator to join our dynamic commercial team. This role is designed to support the Sales & Marketing function while allowing us to further assess the individual’s strengths and skills, with the potential to be placed within Marketing, Yield/Revenue, or Groups & Contracts depending on performance and aptitude.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales & Marketing team
· Maintain and update databases, systems, and commercial documentation
· Assist in marketing activities, promotions, and content coordination where required
· Support yield and revenue-related tasks such as data entry, availability updates, and analysis
· Assist with group bookings, allocations, and follow-ups
· Handle correspondence and ensure timely follow-up on commercial matters
Requirements & Skills
· Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, sales, or marketing will be considered an advantage
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of hotel systems is an advantage
· Positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to learn and grow within the organization
· Fluency in English is essential; additional languages will be considered an advantage
