As a lead bartender in our premium five-star establishment, you’ll craft innovative cocktails, deliver impeccable service, and contribute to creating unforgettable guest experiences. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beverages, and barista-style drinks to the highest standard.
Lead bar operations during service, ensuring efficiency, quality, and guest satisfaction.
Create signature drinks and contribute to menu development, reflecting the venue’s style and seasonal trends.
Manage stock levels, ensure proper storage, and oversee bar cleanliness and hygiene.
Mentor and support junior bar staff, fostering a collaborative, service-focused environment.
Ensure all bar operations align with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Bartender A or senior role in a high-end bar, hotel, or restaurant.
Expertise in classic and contemporary cocktail techniques, spirits, and beverage trends.
Leadership abilities with a passion for coaching and team development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests.
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on presentation and service excellence.
