The Role of the Pierre Hermé Venue Manager
The Pierre Hermé Venue Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of both the retail and F&B components of the venue. This position requires a hybrid skill set that blends luxury retail expertise with high-end food and beverage management, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong financial performance, and brand integrity.

Your role as the Pierre Herme Venue Manager encompasses leading and managing a team of 5 while prioritizing daily operations.

Prime location in the heart of the capital, nestled within the iconic 99-storey Kingdom Tower. Situated at such a prestigious address, our property offers unparalleled proximity to key business areas, shopping centres, and cultural sites, 276 spacious and light-filled rooms, including 39 luxurious suites.
Food & Beverage
The hotel offers three exceptional restaurant venues, collectively offering a seating capacity of 250 guests. Our event facilities, with a mix of Ballroom and Meeting Rooms offer a remarkable 7,213 square meters (77,640 square feet) of space, making them the perfect choice for a wide range of events.

SPA and Wellness
Nestled within our establishment, our world-class spa offers an array of indulgence across 8 treatment rooms for male guests and 1 treatment room designed exclusively for female guests. This heaven of rejuvenation also encompasses high end facilities and a meticulously outfitted fitness center. Complementing this luxurious setting is our Spa department, boasting a diverse and dedicated team of 25 colleagues, all united in their mission to provide exceptional service to our esteemed guests.
Knowledge and Skills
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a luxury retail and/or high-end F&B environment.
• Background in both hospitality and retail is essential experience in patisserie/boutique cafes preferred.
• Strong leadership, operational, and financial management skills.
• Exceptional guest engagement and customer experience focus.
• Ability to analyze sales trends and drive revenue growth.
• Strong communication and training skills for leading a diverse team.
• Experience with POS systems, retail merchandising, and inventory control.
• Fluency in English; French or Arabic is a plus
