As a key member of our five-star kitchen, you’ll play a leading role in delivering exquisite dishes that reflect our commitment to luxury and excellence. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
Oversee food preparation areas, ensuring consistency, hygiene, and efficiency.
Assist in planning menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and guest preferences.
Monitor stock levels, ensuring ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
Lead and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring teamwork and smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
Work closely with the Head Chef to develop new dishes and refine existing ones.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Cook A or senior role in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen.
Leadership qualities, with a passion for coaching and team development.
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and presentation.
