Your Role:

  • Deliver food dishes and beverages to guests, ensuring correct announcements for each item.
  • Handle bread service and support the Chef De Rang (CDR) with table maintenance duties.
  • Collaborate with the floor team to ensure seamless and efficient service flow.
  • Uphold LPM standards and embody the LPM spirit in every guest interaction.
  • Continuously develop your product knowledge and share your insights with the team.

What You Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality/F&B industry, preferably in a similar position.
  • Strong guest relation skills with a focus on delivering memorable experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written).
  • Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Attention to detail, speed, and accuracy, with strong organizational and time management skills.
