Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in one of Carob Mill Restaurants /Limassol   . The Restaurant Supervisor  will be under the supervision of the Restaurant Manager and will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing daily operations, overseeing staff, handling hiring processes, and communicating effectively with customers and staff.

Qualifications

Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
Experience in Hiring and managing staff
Excellent Communication skills
Knowledge of Food & Beverage management
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Experience in the hospitality industry in a similar position
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
