Job Overview:

Ararat Signature Collection is on the lookout for a dedicated and ambitious Cook B to support our pre-opening kitchen team. Key Responsibilities:

Assist Cook A and the Head Chef with food preparation and cooking tasks.
Ensure dishes are prepared to the highest quality, following set recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment.
Support with stock control, ensuring ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards consistently.
Work collaboratively with the entire kitchen team to ensure smooth service.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience as a Cook B or similar role in a professional kitchen, preferably in hospitality.
Passion for cooking and a strong desire to grow and improve.
Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
Strong work ethic, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
